There was a recent rift between Elon Musk and Laura Loomer. Elon went on quite a rant before temporarily suspending her X account following her criticism of his policies prioritizing immigrants over the American workers.
However, these global elites don’t need to sponsor Visas or Green Cards to displace you. They have been offshoring countless mid-to-high salaried US jobs since the DOT-COM Bust:
CEO: “We are laying you off because we can do it cheaper in India.“
Think it’s a skills GAP, think again. They are replacing as many US based employees as they possibly can!
Many of these corporate layoff announcements you hear about in the US become new hires in India (attrition):
Indians have been flooding the labor market and displacing American workers for decades. H1B sponsorships have even declined in 2024 because of this:
A Shift in Tactics: "Indian IT companies that have successfully established operations in the United States are increasingly focusing on recruiting local talent and offering Green Card sponsorship."
This issue is far more nuanced than a political campaign strategy centered on immigration reform and border walls – for electoral gains.
The Indian-American Dream
The comparatively lower cost of higher education in India allows them to flood / saturate the global job market, Decades of outsourcing and offshoring have destroyed the domestic demand for skilled US workers. There’s no incentives for Americans to attend Colleges / Universities to pursue these careers any longer.
Poverty has driven these Indians to be very determined, driven and desperate. They’ve found multiple ways to displace you. And, good luck competing against 90 hour work weeks for lower salaries.
A month ago, in a span of a week – I was approached by staff at 2 different restaurants asking me to tutor them into Tech / IT roles. This happened a total of 3 times within 2 months.
They’re entering the US:
- On student VISAs;
- Attending low-cost Community Colleges;
- Working low-wage jobs; and
- Make the jump over to higher paying careers.
Once they get into these high paying, decision making roles – they hire all of their Indian buddies.
India has a BIG workforce, but significant unemployment issues. US businesses generate many employment opportunities, but outsources countless jobs to India. If India’s "talent pool" is so extraordinary, why is it of very little value in their economy? This issue contributes to a major labor supply & demand mismatch between economies.
The U$ Cash Cow
Billions of US dollars are being funneled out of the US economy by foreigners to their home country, along with any incentive of retaining US knowledge workers.
They come to America, make big salaries and live very cheap – sending most of that income back home to their family to build homes and live in luxury. They’re getting rich on our dime.

The Current Job Climate
I recently re-entered the job market after a one-year sabbatical. I resigned from my Cloud Engineer role after 15 years due to being overwork staying up in 2 timezone with offshore over shitty quality of work – forcing me to babysit projects. This company was also aggressively reducing US staff via attrition to hire in India. I decided to leave before I got canned.
- I dusted off the resume and started submitting 10 resumes a day.
- After no response, I upped my daily quota to 25-50 a day across all the popular job boards for months across the entire continental US.
- Where I could, I submitted a followup email to either a recruiter, and posted directly to the company job portal.
- I was contacted by ~4 recruiters a week for roles I was a perfect fit for.
- ~60% of were boiler room recruiters either harvesting resumes, looking for desperate H-1Bs or people willing to work for low-ball rates – with 2-3 layers between recruiter and client. These are big consulting companies like InfoSYS, Tata, Accenture, Concentrix and Teleperformance hiring recruiters from Indian body-shops.
- ~80% of the recruiters ghosted me, I never got the appointment for an interview.
The legitimate sounding ones were either Ghost Jobs or resulted in multiple rounds of interviews spanning weeks / months (all of which I aced) – only to be told they settled on another candidate.
After 6 months I was finally hired by a Fortune 500 company, only to be let go (along with countless others) after 6 months because of offshoring.
I called up a recruiting buddy and asked, “What is going on, it’s never been this difficult to land a job?”, “Roles posted to LinkedIn show 250 / 500 responses within days / weeks of the position being posted.” He stated, most of these positions are going to India. Also, there’s many desperate Indians trying to land remote US jobs. He said one time it felt like he was interviewing 2 people, one was typing while the other answered the interview questions.
Here’s other tactics employers use to exploit immigration programs to sideline qualified American workers.
The Return to Office Mandate Myth
RTO is a BIG lie — these companies have no problem outsourcing your jobs — outside of the US.
Foreigners are not your Enemy!
The Billionaires are!
Why treat a symptom, when you can address a cause.
These are American companies selling American products and services to Americans. If they like Asia so f—ing much, they can leave the US and go sell their $hitty products and services over there!
While these American companies are selling goods to American people — these cunning corporate overloads ‘legally’ outsource / offshore US jobs displacing countless American workers.
Eventually folks won’t have any purchasing power. I spent a decade trying to understand what happened in Germany post WW1, why such hatred towards the Jewish diaspora. Americans are on the same collision course with illegals / foreigners. Offshoring positions for cheap may sound palatable from a business perspective, but abuse the laws of laws of economy – there will eventually be a day reckoning.
These billionaire appointments should be a very strong indicator of what’s to come. The only thing that matters to these greedy billionaires / centibillionaires is jockeying for position on the Forbes’ list.
Means of Production
The means of production are the resources and tools that are used to create goods and services.
The Global establishment have also moved Means of Production offshore:
Consumer Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Textiles and Apparel, Technology (hardware), Steel Industry, Rare Earth Minerals, Container Shipping / Shipping and Logistics, – manufacturing have mostly moved to South Korea, Taiwan, China and Japan.
This includes knowledge production like learning, research, development, innovation, ideas and creativity.
Car manufacturing declined in the US due to competition from foreign companies that led to declining sales. Chrysler / GM were bailed out by the US government during the Great Recession.
How important is means of production?
Despite being late entrant and tardy rearmament (1939) in WW2, the US out-produced the rest of the world combined due to superior means of production – supplying two-thirds of the Allied military equipment used in the war.
Due to a robust economy, we were able to support our allies [UK (lend Lease, food), Russians, (Spam, Ford Trucks), Chinese(virtually everything)] and ourselves at the same time.
The US had true, mature mass production — led by the automotive industry pioneered by Ford (production technique) and Sloan (organizational structure).

The AI Gold Rush
What foreigners don’t take, AI will.
Protests and complaints are ineffective – they will not sympathize with you. In fact, they will get you to do their bidding. Each business quarter, the staff they don’t fire – gets to onboard / train the offshore hires. These cowards don’t even have the balls to fire you themselves. Instead, middle management is left traumatized terminating you and picking up the pieces.
All the recent Amazon strike accomplished is hasten the development of autonomous, self-driving vehicles and drone delivery systems. There’s nothing wrong with technology and innovation – until it’s used to oppress the masses.
Of course they want to bring in Indians and Artificial Intelligence. Why would they want to pay a US citizen $100,000 a year or whatever the commensurate salary is for your job.
We asked an Amazon employee to give us a 60-minute Master Class of current fleet capabilities.
These vehicles are connected: transmitting telemetry data to a remote location (Cloud) for monitoring and analysis – to be used towards future models. Data such as: routes, traffic patterns, congestion, package drop time (is the driver slacking on their route?) – anything to aggressively squeeze efficiency and increase bottom-line earnings. This data will be leveraged to justify investment in intelligent, self-driving vehicles that will displace you (“DISRUPTIVE”) workers.
Uber, Door Dash, mail delivery, all transportation jobs – all gone! And that’s only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Google announced that that AI creates more than 25% of the code they deploy.
“Don’t fret, AI will create more jobs”, “All you need to do is upskill / reskill ;)” – all lies to pacify you. These AI models are improving at breakneck speeds – easily outpacing / exceeding human learning limits.
While your’re anxiously retraining to keep pace and remain relevant, the next evil genius is tirelessly working on something to disrupt entire industries.
Once quantum computing is commoditized, artificial intelligence shifts to artificial life and we’ll all be enrolled into a welfare program (UBI).
The Numbers
- Focus on Asia, not just South America: In fiscal 2023, Indian nationals accounted for a staggering 72.3% of the total 386,000 H-1B visas issued, while Chinese nationals made up just 11.7%.
- 4 for the price of 1: 1 FTE (Full Time Employee) = 4 Indian workers

It appears people will need to reinvent what it means to be a life form on this planet. We’re going to need to use AI to start something new for ourselves as former consumers. Many people need a new mission on this planet as many people continue find themselves without shelter.
